are invited online only through One Time Registration from qualified candidates
for appointment in the undermentioned post in Kerala Government Service.

Chief(Evaluation
Division).

Qualifications –
(a)Doctorate
in Economics of a recognized University or Institution and two(2) years
experience in Research Work(theoretical
or applied) either in Government Institutions, or in recognized Universities or
other recognized Institutions. OR
(b)
First or Second Class Masters Degree in Economics of a recognized University or
Institution and five (5) years experience in Research Work(theoretical or
applied) either in Government Departments or recognized Universities or other
recognized Institutions.
Desirable -
Experience in working on techniques or Project evaluation and appraisal either
in Government Institutions or in recognized universities, or other
Institutions.
Note –
1)
Only a pass in Masters Degree in the concerned subject is necessary in the case
of candidates already in the department.
2)
The qualification of experience prescribed for the post shall be one acquired
after the acquisition of academic qualification prescribed for the post.
3)
Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities of Kerala State need not posses the
qualification of experience prescribed for the post.
4)Rule
10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
5)
Applications of candidates who have claimed qualifications equivalent to those
prescribed in the gazette notification for the post will be considered
equivalent only if they produce government orders to prove equivalency at the
time of verification.
6)
If there is a difference in original Caste/Community claimed in the application
and that entered in the SSLC Book ,the candidate shall produce a gazette
notification in this regard,along with Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Community
Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
Pay Scale –
Rs.89,000

Age limit –
30
years-46 years. Only candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.1989 (both
dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age
relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward
Communities. *(for conditions regarding age relaxation please see Para 2 of the
General Conditions).
Note-
1.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST, other backward classes of the Kerala State not
already in the service of the Government shall be eligible for relaxation of
age limit as provided in Sub Rule (c) of Rule 10 of Part II of Kerala State and
Subordinate Service Rules 1958, subject to the specific conditions that the
upper age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.
2.
The upper age limit for recruitment to the post shall in the case of any
candidates already in the department including the candidates belonging to
SC’s/ST’s/OBC’s of Kerala State be 50 years.
How to apply –
Candidates
must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala
Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post.
Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using
their User-ID and password. Candidates must click on the Apply Now button of
the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. The
Photograph uploaded should be taken after 31.12.2010. Name of the candidate and
the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion.
The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10
years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions
regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required.
Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link
Registration Card in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the
correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the
final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure
correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User-ID
for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is
provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application
will be summarily rejected if noncompliance with the notification is found in
due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, age, Community etc.
have to be produced as and when called for.
