Eligible
candidates are invited for a walk in interview on 7 th February 2020 for the
post of junior research fellow (JRF) to work in DST-SERB project entitled
“Linear complementarity problems over the cone of completely positive matrices”
in Department of Mathematics, Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN),
Thiruvarur.

Research Fellow (JRF).
Educational qualifications –
1.
First class M.Sc Mathematics / Integrated M.Sc. Mathematics or Equivalent
degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
2.
Candidates with valid GATE/CSIR-UGC NET (LS)/JEST / NBHM/ CSIR-JRF
qualification are desirable.
3.
Candidates who are in final year of Qualifying Degree with required eligibility
can also apply. However, such candidates have to submit their provisional
certificate on or before joining.
Emoluments –
JRF
@ Rs. 25,000/- per month; 10% of the stipend is allowed as HRA, if the
candidate is not staying in the hostels of CUTN.
Age limit –
Not
more than 28 years as on 7th February 2020.
General terms and conditions –
1.
The position is temporary and renewable every six months subject to
satisfactory performance, for a maximum of two (02) years (total duration).
2.
Completed application form along with original documents of
certificates/degrees/marksheets from SSLC/matriculation onwards, age proof and
other testimonials should be presented at the time of interview. A set of
self-attested photocopy of all the documents must be submitted at the time of
interview along with two copies of your passport size photographs.
3.
Candidate should bring with him/her the signed hard copy of the Application
Form at the time of interview.
4.
TA/DA is not admissible for attending the interview or for joining the post(if
selected).
