News opening new IPO trading updates IPO of PAYTM upcoming till November (Diwali)...

One such explosive IPO is about to come on the coming Diwali(November 2021). And this IPO will be so big that till date such a big IPO has not come in the history of India.
The one big IPO that came before this was of Coal India but its size was also around 1500 crores, which came in 2010.
But now this IPO is going to be around 22800 crores, Because the total earnings of Paytm is about $ 25-30 billion.The name of the company behind Paytm is one97 Communication Ltd.
Now let me tell you which investors have invested in Paytm....
1- Warren Buffett ( Berkshire Hathway)
2- Masayoshi Son (SoftBank)
3- Jack Ma (Ant Group) (Founder of Alibaba)

The banks that will manage Paytm's IPO include JP Morgan Chase & Co, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Inc etc.
This IPO includes both options OFS and Fresh Issue.The founder and CEO of Paytm, Vijay Shankar Sharma, his aim is to generate revenue. Mr. Vijay Shankar Sharma has also started paying attention to monetization.  Meaning that till now the facilities of Paytm which were getting free of cost, now they will be chargeable.
Paytm used to work for digital payments earlier but now that dealing in credit card, stock market and other financial services also.
Paytm has 20 million merchant partners i.e. 2 crore merchant partners.Whose monthly transaction is 1.4 billion i.e. 140 crores.
