HIGHER JUDICIAL SERVICE (DISTRICT JUDGE - ENTRY LEVEL) DIRECT RECRUITMENT FROM
BAR. EXAM-2020
Only
Online aoolicatious through Service Provider www.mphc.gov.in
are being invited for posts in Madhya Pradesh District Judge in the cadre of
Higher Judicial Service by Direct Recruitment from amongst the eligible
advocates under Rule 5(1)(c).
Note –
Out of total 47 (Forty Seven) aforesaid vacancies, 2% posts are reserved for
Physically Handicapped (Specially abled) candidates, which shall be free from
the reservation roster. It is made clear that no grace marks or concession
marks shall be given to such candidates, he / she has to secure minimum marks
at each stage provided for respective category.
Eligibilitv/Oualifications –
No
person shall be eligible for appointment to the post of District Judge (Entry
Level) in Higher Judicial Service by direct recruitment from Bar unless –
(a)
He/she is citizen of India.
(b)
He/she has attained the age of 35 years and has not attained the age of 45
years, as on lst January, 2020.
(c) (i)
He/she has practiced as an Advocate for not less than seven years on continuous
basis as on 1 St January, 2020 (certificate of competent authority is
required).
(ii)
Prosecution Officers/Addl./Assistant Prosecution Officer will be treated to be
an Advocate and eligible as per judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil
Appeal No. 561/2013 Deepak Aggarwal ys. Keshav Kaushik & Others.
(d)
He/she has good character and is of sound health and free from any bodily
defects, which render him, unfit for such appointment.
The
aforesaid fact of practice may be prz."c} /czcz.e seen by one or more of
the following modes –
(1)
By Income-tax return of candidate (at least three previous years) in which her/his
income should be shown from the profession of an advocacy being an advocate.
(Detail has to be furnished by the candidate.)
(2)
The candidate shall also has to give detail/list of atleast 10 cases and detail
of court concerned Courts / Tibunal in which the candidate is claimed
appearance being an advocate, together with the self attested copy of the
Judgments / Final orders.
Note –
Candidates interested in and who are eligible for being considered for the
post, should submit their applications as per the Online Application-format
available on www.mphc.gov.in by filling in
all details relating to the all certificates/testimonials relating to their
date of birth, caste, category, qualifications, domicile, experience, standing
at the Bar efc.
Examination Fees –
For
Unreserved (UR) and candidates from the state other then Madhya Pradesh – Rs. 795.30/-
For
Candidates of Reserved categories (O.B.C., S.C., S.T. & Specially abled) – Rs.
395.30/-
Note –
Any Candidate, who is not bonafide resident (domicile) of State of Madhya
Pradesh, shall be treated as Uureserved (UR) in all respect for the purpose of
selection process and he/she also have to pay Examination fee, accordingly.
