ESIC jobs Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up of vacant posts of Super Specialists, Specialists, Senior Residents (1 & 3 years) and Homoeo Physician on contract basis in ESIC Model & Super Speciality Hospital, Asramam, Kollam.

Name of post – FULL TIME / PART-TIME SUPER SPECIALIST

In Nephrology, Oncology, Gastroenterology department.

Qualification & Experience required –

DM /MCh or equivalent Qualification and registered with Medical Council.

Remuneration –

Full Time Super Specialist: - To work as per ESIC norms for regular Super Specialists. Remuneration will be paid as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. (Level 12 as per VIIth CPC. Total emoluments approximately Rs.1,27,000/-)

Part- Time Super Specialist :- To work for four hours session per day x four days in a week. Remuneration – Rs 82,000/- per month. Additional Rs. 20,000/- admissible if willing to perform emergency call duty

Age Limit –

Full Time Super Specialist :- Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per rules.

Part- Time Super Specialist :-Not exceeding 64 years as on the date of interview.

Name of post – FULL TIME / PART-TIME SUPER SPECIALIST

In Orthopedics, General Medicine, Anesthesia, Biochemistry department.

Qualification & Experience required –

PG degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience after PG degree/ PG diploma with minimum 5 years’ experience in respective speciality, after PG diploma. Must be registered with Medical Council. For Biochemistry Specialist, MD (Biochemistry) or MBBS + MSc (Medical Biochemistry) or MSc (Medical Biochemistry) + Ph.D are eligible.

Remuneration –

Full Time Specialist :- To work as per ESIC norms for regular Specialists. Remuneration will be paid as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. (Level 11 as per VIIth CPC. Total emoluments approximately Rs.1,10,000/-)

Part- Time Specialist :- To work for four hours per day in morning duty for four days in a week. Remuneration – Rs. 60,000/- p. m. Additional Rs. 12,000/- admissible if willing to perform emergency call duty.

Age Limit –

Full Time Specialist :- Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per rules.

Part- Time Specialist :- Not exceeding 64 years as on the date of interview.

Name of post – SENIOR RESIDENTS (3 year Contract)

In General Medicine, Anesthesia, Radiology, Gynecology , Dental department.

Qualification & Experience required –

PG degree/diploma, in concerned speciality from recognized University and registered with Medical Council.

Remuneration –

To work as per ESIC norms for Senior Residency. Remuneration will be paid as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. (Level 11 as per VIIth CPC. Total emoluments approximately Rs.1,10,000/-)

Age Limit –

Not exceeding 37 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per rules.

Name of post – SENIOR RESIDENTS (1 year Contract)

In Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, General Surgery, Gynecology , Anesthesia department.

Qualification & Experience required –

PG Degree or PG Diploma candidates. In Emergency Medicine, MD in Emergency Medicine is preferred. In the absence of such candidates PG Degree/ Diploma in Critical care / General Surgery / Medicine and Anesthesia will be considered.

Remuneration –

To work as per ESIC norms for Senior Residency. Remuneration will be paid as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. Basic pay of Rs.18750/- plus GP Rs.6600/- (pre-revised pay scale) and other allowances. Total emoluments Rs.91,000/- (approx. subject to revision.)

Age Limit –

Not exceeding 37 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per rules.

Application Fee –

GEN/OBC – Rs.250/-

SC/ST - Rs. 50/-

PwD/Women – Nil.

How to apply –

Interested candidates may appear for walk-in interview on 16.01.2020 at ESIC Model and Super Speciality Hospital, Asramam, Kollam along with application in the prescribed proforma, all original documents including caste certificate, one set of Xerox copies of all original documents, two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application) and the requisite application fee.

Note –

1 - The candidates must bring the original documents for verification at 9.00 AM sharp on the date of the interview.

2 - Candidates who have already worked as Senior Resident for 3 years in any Central Institutions are not eligible for the post of Senior Resident.

3 - Private practice of any kind will not be allowed.

4 - No TA/DA will be admissible for “Walk-in-Interview”.
