·         If you keep yourself thinking and you can’t get out of this habit. So to avoid this you must be busy. You should try to keep yourself busy with some work, Because if you do this you will not have time to think, and slowly you will lose your habit of over thinking. Your mind will be more active than before and you feel relaxed.
·         To keep yourself busy you can do any thing about according your habit like you can read books.
·         You can travel.
·         Can give tuition.
·         Can play any game.
      You can choose any of these things or you can do whatever you like.
·         If you think you should be alone or do you like being alone at home. So you should also avoid this habit, because human becomes lonely  by being alone. The help of a human being is affected if this happens for a long time. we should also avoid this habit. To avoid this, we should be matchedwith friends get together with them. Because if you stay alone then you will be in tension. The result of which that your health will be affected.
·         Over thinking people often have this problem. Whenever they are alone. They start talking to themselves. They start determining the character of anyone. Avoid this habit as soon as possible. For free mind.
·         Sometimes a person is so lost in talking to himself that he forgets to talk to himself. Such a person should avoid being alone.
·         Sometimes it happens that we have made a mistake. You must repent for that mistake again and again. It is not that there is no mistake, but we must accept that mistake and move on.
·         If we do this, we will come out of that mistakes quickly, and this will make our brain feel lighter.
